That lion's mane looks like it could potentially be bear's tooth because of the longer spikes and less pompom shape. Both taste the same just every so slightly different shape. Bear's tooth is Hericium americanum and Lion's Mane is Hericium erinaceus barely different DNA in them but same medicinal effects.
