The white mushrooms are the most dangerous as there are deathcaps and destroying angels. Then there are boletes that are super tricky with staining but some are edible other are edible but taste like a burnt tire mixed with rotten fish. I usually only forage for well known easy things like chicken of the woods, oysters and chanterelles and of course morels.
