Good question. I just asked Gemni and I think it was financial. It looks like my grandfather sold it in 1960s and I know that they were struggling financially then and had to sell the Russell Lamson hotel

K dramas. I had to stop, they are so addicting! I do miss them. The gelato looks great too. So glad you get to spend time with your family. :) It will be interesting to see which path you take.
