Story of a worker's life-struggle

Today I am going to tell the truth about the life of the laborer of India, which is the story of a lifetime struggle, which happens in my daily life and around me.
Today, we are capable of sharing our thoughts on the global level, so I am going to tell that many of us are now working smart and doing simple work such as posting, writing blogging, etc. Easily earn many dollars.
While a laborer (as mentioned in this video), can earn only ₹ 300 (about $ 4-5) by hard work even after hard work of at least 8 hours throughout the day by hard work.
I have tried to present a small fraction of a worker here.
A laborer gets up every morning in his life after getting out of his daily routine and reaches his workplace at 9:00 am and works hard to break the body there from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 1: Meals and rest between 00 to 2:00 pm After this, the labor of the laborer starts again from 2:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Then one worker gets ₹ 300 (approximately 4 to 5 $).
After that, he sends his karmic place to his house and then till 7:00 in the evening of 8:00 pm. Thus a laborer dedicates his entire life to the family.
Despite this, the laborer does not have proper respect in the society. In today's society, their condition is pathetic and they are not respected as much as others in the society.
Through this video, I have tried to tell that many people, like this laborer, can earn only $ 4-5 everyday by working hard in hard sunlight.
Out of which, a large portion of its earnings has to be spent on the good education of their children and in the balance, they live their life which is a very difficult task.
It is our good fortune that we are educated and many of us are also fortunate whose family status is already strong and earning money easily by doing smart work.
In fact, the whole life of the laborer is the story of conflicts.
Therefore, we must keep in mind that the hardworking laborers around us should have proper respect for money and society according to their hard work.
मजदूर का जीवन-संघर्ष की कहानी
प्रिय मित्रों,
आज मैं भारत के मजदूर के जीवन की सच्चाई जो कि आजीवन एक संघर्षों की कहानी है, के बारे में बताने जा रहा हूं, जो कि मेरे नित्य जीवन में तथा मेरे आसपास घटित होती रहती है।
आज हम वैश्विक स्तर पर अपने विचारों का आदान-प्रदान करने में सक्षम हैं तो मैं यह बताने जा रहा हूं कि आज हममें से कई लोग स्मार्ट वर्क करते हैं तथा सामान्य कार्य करके जैसे कि पोस्ट करना, ब्लॉगिंग लिखना आदि अनेक ऐसे कार्य करके भी बड़ी सहजता से कई डॉलर की कमाई करते हैं।
जबकि एक मजदूर (जैसा कि मेरी इस वीडियो में बताया गया है) कड़ी मेहनत करके भी पूरे दिन कम से कम 8 घंटे की कड़ी शारीरिक मेहनत करके भी केवल ₹300 (लगभग 4-5 डॉलर) की कमाई कर पाते हैं।
मैंने यहां एक मजदूर का बहुत छोटा सा अंश प्रस्तुत करने का प्रयास किया है।
एक मजदूर अपने जीवन में प्रतिदिन सुबह उठकर अपना नित्य कर्म से निवृत होकर सुबह 9: 00 बजे अपने कार्यस्थल पर पहुंचता है और वहां शरीर को तोड़ देने वाला परिश्रम करता हुआ सुबह 9: 00 से 1: 00 बजे तक मेहनत करता है तथा 1: 00 से 2: 00 बजे के बीच में भोजन और विश्राम करता है। इसके बाद पुनः मजदूर की शारीरिक मेहनत शुरू होती है जो दोपहर 2: 00 बजे से शाम 6: 00 बजे तक चलती रहती है।तब जाकर एक मजदूर को ₹300 (लगभग 4 से $5) प्राप्त होते हैं।
इसके बाद वह अपने कर्म स्थान से अपने घर को रवाना होता है और तब तक शाम के 7: 00-8: 00 बज चुके होते हैं। इस प्रकार एक मजदूर अपने पूरे जीवन को परिवार के लिए समर्पित कर देता है।
इसके बावजूद भी मजदूर को समाज में उचित सम्मान नहीं हो पाता है। आज समाज में इनकी स्थिति दयनीय है एवं समाज में इनको इतना सम्मान नहीं मिल पाता है जितना कि अन्य को।
इस वीडियो के माध्यम से मैंने यह बताने का प्रयास किया है कि इस मजदूर की तरह कई लोग कड़ी धूप में कड़ी मेहनत करके भी सिर्फ $4-5 प्रतिदिन कमा पाते हैं।
जिसमें से अपनी कमाई का एक बड़ा हिस्सा अपने बच्चों की अच्छी शिक्षा पर खर्च करना पड़ता है तथा शेष में वह अपना जीवन यापन करता है जो कि बेहद कठिन कार्य है।
यह हमारा सौभाग्य है कि हम शिक्षित हैं और हममें से कई ऐसे भाग्यशाली भी हैं जिनकी पारिवारिक स्थिति पहले से ही सुदृढ़ है और स्मार्ट वर्क करके बड़ी सरलता से धन कमा पाते हैं।
वास्तव में मजदूर का संपूर्ण जीवन है संघर्षों की कहानी है।
अतः हमें इस बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि हमारे आसपास कठोर परिश्रम करने वाले मजदूरों को उनके परिश्रम के अनुसार धन एवं समाज में उचित सम्मान होना चाहिए।
