We got to see the world in color thanks to our shows
and new cable channels
The fashion police didn't have their badges yet
We inspired yoga pants
Our politicians didn't email each other
This was our chat room
We created Neighborhood Watch
We learned to dance like nobody is watching
So, all in all, I think we did pretty good for ourselves...
When you hear this coming from overhead, just know that all we want to do is catch some waves...
