When angry, there is always a strong feeling of displeasure or an urge to harm. The moment you get angry, it becomes difficult to teach or comprehend. You might even utter inappropriate words. You get to realise how much you've misbehaved, the moment you calm down. Anger is not the problem, not knowing how to control it is the problem. The best way is to be silent.
