Tu post es hermoso, pues compartes una experiencia de vida con todos nosotros, nos cuentas acerca de la comida que hacía tu padre, y eso es muy bonito. Yo suelo preparar los huevos de forma similar, aunque no les dejo tanto líquido. Hago un sofrito con ají dulce, cebolla y cilantro, con aceite colorado (onotado) y luego añado los huevos batidos, añado la sal y los revuelvo, quedan deliciosos; pero tu receta va más allá, tengo que probarla.
