Marine head debate.

I know what it means but the jokes, oh the jokes that could from it...

Army guys talking about Marine guy's heads...
Dirty minded people comparing marine head to land based head... (its bouncier)
There are probably other puns to be played here.

But when it comes down to it, I probably knew this once and forgot, but I now reconsider why we call the toilet the head when its the farthest thing from your head that sits on it, its never at the top of the boat, its always in the bottom of the hull somewhere and its never right at the front head end of the ship either, usually in the middle or aft end.

It's weird we don't call it the Ship's butt, but we call it the head.

Whoever thought of that first and named it was weird.
