So you're all stuffed up. Its not a cold, its just allergies. No wait, its not allergies, its a cold. Its just a little case of the sniffles. Its those darn dust mites. Its just the season. I was fine yesterday so I'm not worried.
Its much easier for us to make excuses to explain the cause of our nasal congestion than to admit the real reason. For those of you that would like to try NOT lying to yourself for a change, allow me to present some possible sentence finishers for you.
My nose is stuffy today because:
- My diet consists of sugar, carbohydrates, and processed garbage
- I eat GMO food because, even IF they labelled it, I would eat it anyway
- The government tells me to eat grains so I do
- I refuse to even acknowledge homoeopathic remedies
- I drink milk.
- I love cheese
- Naturopathic isn't a real word
- Probiotics are expensive
- Leaky Gut Syndrome isn't a recognized medical condition
- Kefir is just Donald Sutherland's son
- I don't know the difference between Casein A1 and Casein A2
- Quercetin is hard to spell
- Nasal Irrigation isn't cool
- LCHF is a division of the UFC
If you're a 'Nose' person you basically have three options:
- Take medication and live in blissful ignorance
- Question the cause and biohack your way to nasal clarity
- Be miserable
If you chose option #1 feel free to use any of the excuses above. If you choose #3 at least be a funny grump. Option #2 is the equivalent of taking the blue pill (no not that blue pill, silly).
