Tai Fu Lou is a restaurant located at

Their business model is dealing with Chinese tourist that comein tour buses. However, they are now expanding the business to walk-in customers during the evening timing under a sub-brand of the restaurant.
On opening night, I've decided to give them a try, and test their Sichuan food out....
This dish is 肥溜肠 - essentially pig's intestine.
Taste is ok, a little over salted on the main ingredient in my opinion
Their signature dish 纸上谈鱼 literally translates to fish on paper. It's quite spicy but not as spicy as other Chinese restaurants. You could probably tell them to tone this done even more.

Pork Feet (I preferred the Pork Ribs)
Sour Mutton Soup - This is lovely and highly recommended..
Toufu ! another good dish - highly recommended
