Today I want to talk about typefaces and text presentation on HIVE. I've been looking high and low to see how we can change the TEXT or FONT on HIVE for a while now.
At the end of the day, I ended up just using an image editor to get my Text into and image and uploading it... like the example above. This is not very efficient.
I also did a few posts where I de-constructed every letter to an image (found here and here), so I can painstakingly put each image/letter together to form my phrase/sentence.... also not ideal.

This time round, I've tested with the Stencil font, and also only do A to I, with both cases (upper and lower).
Let me know if there is interest, and I'll make a full set of characters for the font. or Any other fonts that may interest you... cheers
I can only try out fewer words like Dice :
Templated words like Thanks could be made and simply pasted into your text ;)
I wish the Hive platform will support some basic font change. After all Google has been support web-fonts for quite a fair while now....

Meanwhie the other method I know is to use unicode for some basic "font" change using a tool at found http://qaz.wtf/u/convert.cgi?

These are ones you can do. Not as comprehensive as Google's web fonts. But it gets part of the job done... and far easier than my deconstructed images of letters.

I believe to be successful, content must also be good looking.. hope someone can propose add new user selectable fonts onto PeakD... it may not need to embed all possible fonts, maybe just a handful of good ones.
