Jesus Christ competition is getting tough! I added 3 new legendary summoners to my deck last season and I still didn't break into Champion 2. Enough whining, though. Let's get to it!
Not only did I fail to make it back into the higher tiers, I dropped almost 40 f**king points in rank to finish in 170th place. I want to stop here and go cry like a wee little baby, BUT I'M NOT A BABY! YOU'RE A BABY AND I JUST HAVE SOMETHING IN MY EYE!

As indicated would likely be the case in the last report card Selenia fell in usage due to my new addiction to Byzantine Kitty. Even in 12 mana matches I try to squeeze it in, and as you can see from this season's stats it works perfectly about one out of 10 times, probably. I don't know, really. I just know I need help.

This lineup looks about the same as always, with the exception of the Hydra creeping up the ladder to land just outside the top 10. This is one of my favorite cards and I'm glad to see it getting more play. It's becoming one of my go to tanks when I can use BK to summon. The speed boost is a tremendous help and adding "True Strike" to anything with the trample ability can devastate the opponent's front line. The benefit of the extra healing goes without saying.
Hydra is also reinvigorated when summoned with Mimosa. The only real weakness it has, is its vulnerability to magic and Void from Mimosa makes it much more of a force to be reckoned with.

As is standard these days I only won a single tournament prize, but that's what I get for letting bots play them. They just don't seem to be quite as competitive as they used to be, but I attribute that to real players stepping up their games.

I can't remember the last time I went a full season without winning a legendary card. I guess this was my time and life is fair and balanced and all that bullshit but it still hurts, deep, and in the places we don't talk about.
OMFG! Am I gonna have to quit my job so I can dedicate ALL my time to this just to get back into the top tier and top 100? Probably. I guess I can live in my truck in the desert for a while... We'll put a pin in that for now. See you all next season!
