Just checked the above video and I think I'm in complete agreement with you, but I feel not considering the launch of land and the necessity of DEC for upgrades for the buildings disregards a possibility considerable push higher before eventually settling back to the 1000/$1 peg.

Also, guilds have been eating a lot of DEC upgrading buildings for brawls, and will likely continue to do so for a while, since we have those updates coming soon, too.

So, yeah, I totally agree it will eventually drop back down, but I think it's likely gonna stay high, and probably spike higher over the next few months, and expect the crash early next year, maybe sooner.
