It really should be, anyway. This is just one more example of why we need to shift to a more decentralized approach to many facets of how we do business.

I'm also of a fairly strong opinion that we'll need built in obscurification at some point to avoid mandates to use specific government approved software or hardware, but I have a paranoia condition... ;P
