I think if one wanted to argue semantics a level/equal playing field is still an admirable goal, but I’ve seen first hand lately how unequal things are, say the amount of time and effort one puts into learning new tech and how to leverage it vs those who just raise an eyebrow long enough to see no one is bringing them an overflowing wheelbarrow of money before going back to gossip and trash tv. Everyone gets a fair chance to be their best whatever and after that to hell with them. Lol.
