Hey! Welcome to Splinterlands! I got around halfway ghrough this and needed to stop to offer a quick correction.

When you join via free to play you get what amounts to phantom cards. You can use them but they don’t have monetary value. When you buy a starter deck your free to play cards become assets that you can sell or trade, unless something has changed I’m not aware of. I may have more notes after I finish this read but I really want to clarify that, as although it seems rather insignificant, you might be surprised how much starter deck cards can increase in value once that particular edition is out of print.
