Simply make such stupid decisions (like, I don’t know, burning a fuck ton of gold foil beta cards to buy dice, for instance) and never forget. The constant physical disgust manifests into an energy one can control and focus for that sweet ascension into the realm of untouchable.

Be aware your chances of stroke &/or suicide increase exponentially when using this method and expect to be prone to random outbursts and fits of rage.
