I like your photos. and I think that the second flower is Deutzia, a genus of perennial plants from the Hydrangea family.
It got its name in honor of the Dutch banker and botanist Johan van der Dec, who financed the expeditions of Carl Thunberg, who described this plant to the verve.

A similar one grows in my mother's garden, if I'm not mistaken :-)
