One of HIVE/POB's maxims is not to censor. However, I think posting just photo without any context is not a very dedicated or quality thing to do and I particularly very little vote on those posts. I follow a photography community on Hive and there are users who show some awesome photos but behind them there is a story and they explain them and they are not just two words, to say the least.
We all learn in different ways, and to take a good photo you need skills, a good eye and obviously a good lens, but I think to write a piece of writing and capture ideas with letters, you need a little more effort...and brains.
