Thanks, @tarazkp. Doing some further research before replying to @focusnow was next up on my list. Past encounters with Steemcleaners and Freezepeach have always been positive. I know they don't go over things lightly, hence my confusion - I didn't know both downvoting accounts were part of SC.

In general, I trust them - (for as far as I trust people, lol). Which doesn't mean I would just accept what they're saying without doing my own research.

In cases like this, I always head back to their Discord channel to check on the actual conversation that has taken place, then start from there.
