Although $150 in rewards is a bit of a stretch. If you look at gold foil reward cards, the ones in print are like $60.
And chests can contain max 75k DEC.

Also, $1/win is not really correct. It happened, but that was because of a glitch in the system: the chain had been down for a week, and the DEC in the pool had been piling up. It only lasted for half an hour or so. and was a one-time thing
