Dark chocolate is fine as it isn't too sweet. But unfortunately most places seem to make the sweetest version of chocolate desserts.

But I must say, one of my guilty pleasures is Milk Chocolate, which too, unfortunately, I do not see too many desserts made out of. I guess my dessert luck is just rotten haha!
