It's the same here for us in Bangladesh. Only a few big malls in the city will have some light halloween decor up. So in terms of snacks and coffee, we don't get any. But when I was in china during halloween - they sure kick things up a notch. Having never been to the west yet, China was my only experience of what halloween looks like. Sure does bring back some fond memories!
