Greetings everyone and happy sunday.
This picture above remind alot when anxiety and depression was getting better of me. It was self imposed depression due to the high standard i place on myself which i didnt not attend to.
It was a self destruction i intentionally never wanted. The desire to succeed, meet my need and solve self raised standard.
Coming to Abuja for sin2 was my saviour. Depression nearly ate me up but having comfort of my other bloggers and their presents, chat cheer me up.
Thats when i realized that, sometime to cure depression/anxiety, yoy need o change environment.
