This post is the sequel of my previous post.

After getting an interesting comment that challenged my views, I found it necessary to create this sequel post. Here is the interesting comment:

Aircastle wants to know my views about the audience that reads my posts on Steemit...

I think he implies that my posts could be found elsewhere, and regardless of where I put my posts, these posts will be mine there. And he made it clear that when I'm up on Steemit, I'm still not Steemit.

But if you are on the phone, aren't you always the phone? When the phone rings, do you not answer the phone and not the caller? So, when you are on the phone, you arguably are the phone to the person handling the phone. So when someone tells me I'm not Steemit when they hear from me on Steemit, I just don't know what to say other than to complain about things like dissonance. Detachment from reality where reality becomes what you want it to be regardless of facts.

Let's keep in mind a few facts:
Posts begin to exist when there is new data up on a post board. I think we can all accept that and the next one as well: Before a post is up on a post board, it is not a post.

My logical conclusion is that the posts that go up on the Steemit website through my assistance are posts of Steemit; Steemit just credits the account that is open to me for the posts when the source of the post comes from my account. Steemit made them using my account. Thanks Aircastle for giving me the opportunity to regurgitate this fundamental truth.

The suggestion that I have my own posts (not possessed by Steemit) up on Steemit is to me, a veiled accusation that I am Steemit because I cannot believe anything else but that there is only Steemit that puts up posts on Steemit. I do agree that I am Steemit when I am being read on Steemit, but in real life I feel that taking me for Steemit is improper.

I understand though that my views are regrettably not shared and so I just have to have my grain of salt when I read things that contradict my views.

I was once at a dinner with a bunch of people and the cook was a friend of mine and we suddenly all heard her boyfriend exclaim, "Sue, your ham is so good!!" The thing is that ham is defined as the cooked flesh of the pig's leg. So when he exclaimed himself, I began to wonder what he meant. Ham, being the flesh of the pig, cannot be yours unless you are the pig whose leg was amputated to make a meal. So, I looked underneath the table and both of my friend Sue legs were still there. So what did he mean to say? Was he figuratively eating my friends' leg? Was he talking to the pig through my friend? I mean I could go on and on with speculations about what he meant but in the end I'll simply admit my ignorance of that. If I were to ask him to clarify what he meant, he might just say that he meant that "the food which Sue prepared was so good" and then I would look bad for seeing ambiguous things in his sayings. How could I think that he thought these other things? Right?

In the same manner, it does feel somewhat awkward to reveal how things are here but I feel that the lunacy of believing in concepts such as "online privacy" or "one's own posts" has gone too far and I'm starting to see that people are even getting needlessly killed because of that. That's why I try to stir up a discussion here. The dirty laundry needs to be washed. But it's okay if this fails. Believe it or not I have fun trying to make people think, and that's what keeps me going.

Once, I had a dispatcher who would ask me over the radio, "Where are we?" I answered that I didn't know where he was but then proceeded to giving him my location. That reply of mine really made him angry at me, and he threatened me beause of what I said. So I have learned to work with others' views and not to challenge them unnecessarily. Did he want me to take him for a radio? I don't know. I'm not sure how to approach the subject and I would appreciate some suggestions.

Since I have recently powered up, my upvote is now worth a nice 2¢ and since it's still not big enough to make any difference, I'll go to your page --if you make a nice comment here-- and I'll upvote up to two or three of your posts that have already an amount on them and that are still accepting rewards so you get something. This offer is only valid for the first 5 replies here.

Thanks for reading!
