I was wondering if only in my city of Toronto, Canada, do you have large flower pots installed right next to very busy, narrow roads and you make sure the gardners put in there long beautiful plants that spill onto the road right where tons of cyclists pass every day. Keep in mind that in my city you must mow your land and you can't have wilderness vegetation on your land because it isn't pretty and the city will act quickly against you.

But if their vegetation forces cyclists to swerve into the car lane, then that's okay. I mean there is some logic to it. If an accident occurs, city employees will be called to the seen and that means more money will be spent by the city, something which it always seem to love to do.

Is this kind of insanity just occurring in Toronto or something like that happens where you live as well?

Please let me know. If no one says anything then I'll be able to tell my Councillor that we are unlike the others...
