Yes indeed while it's frustrating and seem hopeless we must look and it from the other side which is what you already mention, if it was not for organizations such as yourself the situation would be far far worse, I'm sure you guys alone by now have stopped thousands from suffering and with that knowledge you must keep your head high and realize that this as been going on for years and so it will take many many years for it to fully make impact, plus I'm sure you could do much more if you had the money in hand to so.
