An happy Saturday to all hivers here!
At first, you have to know yesterday in the afternoon my beloved camera (a Nikon Coolpix B700) fell down and broke, so I feel myself not in a very positive mood. To use it again I have to wait the repair service center will give it back to me (I hope soon!). Meanwhile I'm taking my pictures using my smartphone and a very old camera I had, a Nikon Coolpix S220. I'm not so happy to use them instead of my usual camera, but better than nothing, right? _
Well, today I'm here to share with you some pics of the new oil painting on canvas I started a couple of days ago!
As you know, I love to use my oil colors on paper cause they will dry faster than on canvas , but I want to have some paintings on canvas for an exhibition I'll have on Summer in a small village close to my city and so I'm working also on some new large pieces.
The subject is one of my women of the series "Blue like the sky, yellow like the grain".
I'll need some other hours to finish it, so stay tuned to see the final result. _
