Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! Since a couple of days here in my area the sky is full of clouds and it's raining a little from time to time. The weather seams to say "the Summer is almost at the end" and, after a lot of very hot days, cooler days are really welcome.
Yesterday me and my hubby went out in a pause from the rain to walk along the side of the small river close to my home to move our old bones and to clean our minds.
As I wrote before there is a large family (or maybe they are a couple of families, I'm not sure) of mallard ducks. The little ones are few months older and it's almost impossible to know if they are female or male because the male of this kind of duck become unmistakable (with a beautiful plumage in green on the head) just later.

Yesterday we watched 3 of them while they were sleeping and, thanks to my camera (a Nikon Coolpix B700) I tooks some pics to share with you:
