An happy Sunday to all hivers here!
After a couple of cloudy and rainy days here we are having a sunny day and it looks really a nice Sunday to spend in relax (or doing something we like to do :P ).
I just finish to clean my kitchen after the lunch and later I will go to the main square of my city cause there will be some little music events.
Now I'm here to share with you a little creature I made this morning with an old piece of wood I stored in my lab since a couple of years. I made it just for fun and to exercise my hands with my tools. _
A detail:
It's a tiny wooden creature (long around 10 cm) and I had so much fun to sculpt and paint it!
Like I love to do, I also took some pics while I was working on it so you can see the process too.
At first I sculpted the piece of wood giving it a sort of face:
After that step, I used my oil colors on the piece:
I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
