A new piece of the series "Thinking about the sea" (oil on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Tuesday to you all!
Today it's raining hard again and it's really cold, but it's February and so I'm pretty sure we will have a more comfortable weather.
Later in the afternoon me, my hubby Hive account@paolobeneforti and my friend Margarita will go to a local school to talk about our work on art and, as you can understand, I'm very excited and also a little anxious. 😁 It will be my first time to talk to a class of young boys and girls (around 16 years old) and I hope everything will be ok. As an artist, my favorite way to talk is using my own artworks, but this time I have to use also some words and so I cross my finger to spend an awesome couple of hours with the students. ❤️
This morning, like I use to do every day, I woke up soon to work on a new artwork during the first and quiet hours of the day. I just finished to paint a new oil painting on paper so I can show you the final result:

This is an artwork of the series titled "Thinking about the sea" and the main subject, as you can see, is a woman with blue hair and a sailboat on her head.
It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:

Soon I'll add this new artwork to my Saatchi and Etsy shops (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home!
