New Year’s Day, we were up before daylight……..
“Just five more minutes of sleep Liz!”😴
Cot the “Baby Mountain Lion”, was curled up asleep on our feet…….😻
Silvertop and Liz were up till midnight last night celebrating the new year 2023!🤗
I got a text from Bill our youngest son and his Wife one minute after midnight……
“Happy New Year Mom and Dad!”🥰
What are those guys doing up so late Liz Lol!🤣
I am sure a lot of people woke up in a fog today, from being up way too late last night!😇
I really needed the caffeine to kick in today !😊
Saturday we fired up the Churches new sound system. The Mrs and Silvertop needed to get to Church early today, to start up the computers, and make sure everything was working!
Our Pastor was sick, so Carl our previous Pastor, now retired, was standing in and preaching…..
Once again “paparazzi” Silvertop saw a photo opportunity!😇

New Year’s Eve only comes by once a year!🤣
Looks like the rain has stopped for today.
The morning started cloudy, and then by afternoon the Sun started to come out!
Just in time for our hike at 3:00 !😎
Even the birds were out enjoying the New Year!
If you look close at the fourth photo you can see a flock of Seagulls in the water puddles adjacent to our church parking lot!😊
Then in the third to last photo, hundreds of Swallows were looking for bugs adjacent to a local dairy farm.
Even the birds were happy for good weather and a rain free New Year!😊
A fresh start of 2023……..
