I dont understand why everyone is saying polyCUB is a deflationary token when its circulating supply is set to increase through decreasing inflation. That chart by dalz shows an increasing supply.

Is decreasing inflation the same as deflation?

I think it's sorta pulling the wool over people's eyes and a little dishonest. Why is CUBfinance called defi when its very much centralized? Maybe it's all over my head and im seeing things from a different POV.
