It will be focused on LEO. All LEO from tokens sales will be staked. Miners are hard to come by in decent numbers and wLEO LP will most likely be the funds second biggest holding after staked LEO.

A lot of people feel they missed out on SPI and see this as a way to get in on the ground floor of a similar project.
