For LBI, we have 10k HIVE powered up and delegated to leo-voter and almost no HBD in saving so for LBI, HBD saving will take the first seat to power up for some time.

Personally, it depends on if you think the price of HIVE will increase and wheather you'll bebale to access these riches with a 13 week power down.
