I just dont understand it.

There is no clear goal are vision in sight so it makes it really hard to board ship.

As you said, it's the jerk circle gaining more power over the platform. They remind me of giving a 15 year old the keys to a lambo and dont know how to handle the power. Actions speak volume's and they are letting themselves down big time.
