Simple meals are the best! They are easy to prepare, easy to serve, and can be simply delicious!
In this article, I shall continue to feature the beautiful meals served while I am on a restful workshop/retreat somewhere in the East Coast of the United States.

Breakfast

On our second day, we were served an assortment of sausages and fried eggs for breakfast... family-style, where the main entree is passed around the table.

Toast is staple. We can toast the bread the number and personal choice of bread from white to pumpernickle.

Staples also are yogurt and many choices of cereals with either regular cow's milk or soy milk.

Today, as yesterday, I combined several types of cereal with regular milk then I added banana slices.

Fruit is also a staple, and some may just want to have just a banana for breakfast.

A wonderful breakfast to start the day's activities!

Lunch

I know that my stacking sis @kerrislravenhill will like this lunch!

Beef Fried Rice with Shrimps and Egg Rolls.

Green Leaf Salad with Cherry Tomatoes

Freshly Slice Citrus with Shredded Coconut dor dessert.

Simple and delicious!

Baked Lemon-Pepper Salmon in Butter

Baby Asparagus and Yello Zucchinis with Red Onions... so very yummy!!!

Ceasar's Salad with shredded Parmesan Cheese

Baked Creamy Potato Scallops

Raspberry Torte

This was ceratinly a lovely dinner.

My room is at the topmost floor of the house, located at the very end of a long hallway. This floor used to be the ballroom of the Mansion.

I enjoy the sun from this very tall window right outside my door! I took this photo to share with you and @tattoodjay.
