Have you heard of the poem "Forgiving Fingers"?

I don't exactly remember where I read it. It was sometime ago, perhaps 10 years ago?

It goes like this...

One, Two, Three, Four, Five.. I'm waiting till my anger dies.

Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten... If I'm still mad, I'll count again!

Neat, huh?

Do you know that I say that poem when something gets me so mad at work? Sometimes I have to repeat the poem three times! But it always works for me.
