I noticed the blurriness in the bottom of the photo
and the rest of the photo is alright.
I did not want to stop just to take the photos.
Not when I am in the middle of my run.
That would be in the way of getting my heart rate up.
Yes... once I start, my body picks up the pace.
I keep my rhythm and pace in running and burn calories!!!
The concept of a running is simple.

experience nature,
or even enjoy the outdoors.
And while at the same time
have the time to yourself.

One benefit of running is that

I do not need special equipment or dedicate a time to do it.
