I am glad to hear that you've learned to stop saying yes when you didn't like something.
Expressing oneself, I find, is an ongoing learning experience! There are times when you can flatly say NO to a situation, and others wherein you have to say it with a few words, still other situations when you will say that you have to think about it and leave it at that.
