You buy silver in several ways.
There is your Local Coin Shop, where they buy and silver and gold. They are especially good if you want to take home your silver now. You can buy one or two, and you can sell your silver and gold there too.
I don't have a local coin shop near me, so I buy online. You can buy at JM Bullion, APMEX, SDBullion, Bulllion Exchanges, Provident... so many places, and do not forget Ebay.
