I am sincerely hoping to make it to twelve quarter ounces of American Gold Eagles by the end of this year! I'm afraid I might be short!!! But who knows? I'll try my darndest! I may yet deliver, LOL.
But here is my
2023 American Gold Eagle 1/4 ounce
I just received my A22 Direct Fit Air-tite brand coin capsules, so I can now replace the other one!
If you are curious as to how much I paid for this... I bought about a week and a half or so after my ninth American Gold Eagle:
And this is how much it is today:
The famous Saint-Gaudens Lady Liberty design, which was first seen on the previous double eagle, provided inspiration for the American Eagle Gold coin's design. The Saint-Gaudens gold coin was made in 1907 to replace the Liberty gold coin because President Theodore Roosevelt wanted American gold coins to be artistic creations. The contemporary American Eagle coin is admired greatly and is thought to be just as beautiful as the 1907 Gold Double Eagle piece.
The reverse field of the 2023 1 oz Gold Eagle features the American bald eagle. After a thorough redesign in 2021, the reverse now features an incredibly accurate anatomical image of a lone bald eagle's head in left-profile relief.
Gold is the basic unit of commerce used by nations and persons speaking different languages. Regardless of linguistic or cultural barriers, everyone understands the value of gold. The primary method of safeguarding wealth remains to be gold bullion.
A great way to store riches is with gold. For ages, the fundamental worth of gold has not changed. It is the only money in the world that has endured over time. An established method of wealth preservation is holding physical gold. I decided to retain some of the money I've earned throughout the months because of this.
Since the US Mint is the nation's sovereign mint, it is the only mint authorized to produce American gold coins. The United States Mint has been manufacturing gold coinage for circulation and gold bullion since 1794. Gold coins with a.900 pure gold content (1838–1933) and 22-karat gold (1794–1837) were in circulation from 1794 to 1933. In 1986, the US brought back gold bullion coins for investment and collecting purposes.
I'm an American. It is therefore appropriate for me to stack the American Gold Eagle. Also, the American Gold Eagle from the US Mint is the most popular gold coin in the world.1
