They are exact miniature replicas, down to the smallest detail, of the larger coin. The gold bullion below is 22K HGE over the lower grade, typically manufactured from 8K to 24K gold.
Each weighs 0.8 grams and has a diameter of 10 mm.

The “HGE” stands for “Gold Electroplated”. This means that the bullion is crafted from a base metal (such as brass or copper) and then coated with a thin layer of 22 karat gold through the process of electroplating.
Electroplating involves using an electric current to deposit the gold layer onto the surface of the base metal. While the appearance resembles solid gold, it’s essential to note that the gold layer in an HGE bullion is much thinner compared to a solid gold bullion.
