I read somewhere that watching fish, and listening to the trickling water, causes the production of serotonin, which stimulates the brain to increase endorphins, which gives one positive feelings.

Honestly, watching fish in tanks is a good break from my iPhone, laptop, zoom meetings, the constant bombarding feeds from YT, IG, etc. and it helps me reconnect with nature. And I know that getting close to nature helps me feel more relaxed and improve my mood.

Aquariums with their fish, coral, rocks and aquatic greenery, give off a calm and tranquil ambiance that provides a bit of stress and anxiety relief.

I've been a bit stressed and feeling pressure from work and I needed a break. So I thought: "Aquarium Therapy".

Look at these and tell me if it works for you too!
