I've been making small Ebay purchases. And you guessed right, I bought U.S. Constitutional coins, quarters in particular.
1961 Washington Quarters, proof
Whenever I can (that is, if I remember to do it), I purchase them, along with my regular silver purchases. Since I have enough of the circulated ones, I try to buy brilliant uncirculated versions of the coins.
I got these for an average of $10.00 a piece. It is not exactly bargain. Nothing is cheap nowadays. Especially if they are 64 years old coins and uncirculated.
Now, to those naysayers who say that they can't stack silver because it is expensive... I think they were never meant to be stackers of gold and silver. The truth is, not everyone will get it. Not everyone will be a gold and/or silver stacker. Not everyone understands preserving the value of work by exchanging their hard-earned fiat currency for real money.
Me? I shall continue to preserve my wealth by stacking gold and silver, an ounce at a time, targeting 15% of the total portfolio in precious metals.
