DLive> Wings Over Europe (WoE) Windows 10 Steam Low fps Fix

Hi guys, this is a video I made and published to youtube last year. I decided to upload it to DLive hoping it will help someone with getting the game 'Wings over Europe' running at the full framerate.

Download the files to fix Wings over Europe low fps on Windows 10 here: http://enbdev.com/patch_tesskyrim_antifreeze_v0096.htm
Then simply copy the d3d9.dll and enbpatch.ini files from the archive to your Wings Over Europe installation directory.
If you get a black screen exiting a mission just Alt+Tab to desktop then Alt+Tab back to the game.
