So far Maccabi Haifa or Maccabi Tel Aviv could end the season in the 2nd place, which could be followed by either

F.C. Ashdod
Ironi Kiryat-Shmona
Maccabi Petach-Tikva
Hapoel Be'er-Sheva

In my personal oponion that Hapoel Be'er-Sheva won't finish in the top 3 with only 9 games remaining towards the end of the season.
