I’m quite sure camping on a holiday weekend is no picnic. No pun intended.
The existing gazebo at my girlfriend’s house was rotting out. So last year I built (put together) one that she bought. It wasn’t much fun at all. Especially since it was a 16’x20’ gazebo all metal not wood. I had an issue with the two shorter sides. The roof panel holes weren’t lining up. The top edge of the panel wasn’t going up all the way under the flashing kit. I had to snip about a half inch off it to get it in. No issue with it still over an inch under the flashing. And yes those panels get super hot in the sun. I had to wear gloves.
