I love Mexican food. There are a few really good ones here by me. But pretty much any nationality of food there are great ones near me. I’m lucky that way.
I love slow cooking meats except chicken. I do lamb, beef and pork in the slow cooker. I just did a barbacoa style Chuck roast that I put on tortillas with home made guacamole.
