They’ve been voted down every single time in NewJersey. There are over 200 bird sanctuaries along the coastline of Jersey. No chance they will let them do it. There are species of birds that are boarderline extinct that live there.
I believe there are some off the coast of along Island New York but I’m not positive. It was up for vote years ago.
